Ecotect Analysis Licensing

How do I extend my Ecotect Licence.

I have had Ecotect 2011 installed since it came out and have suddenly gotten a message that my License is expired (see jpeg)

When I go to check in my education account the serial number and product key are valid.

I have downloaded again, but the same serial and numbers appear with the new download and the same error message occurrs.

Thelinks in the error message do not send you to the Education Section, but rather the Business Section of Autodesk.

Try a clean manual uninstall making sure that all the residual files have been removed:
