Desktop App report wrong license data

I installed Autocad 2019 but it did not start as it freezed during toolbar loading. I decided to unistall (deleting some temp file, unused folders and FLEXnet folder).

Even after a reboot the Autodesk Desktop App says I got Autocad 2019 installed (not true). Moreover it shows two serial numbers to choose from (the right one and the Revit 2019 one) and an incorrect Product code (the Revit 2019 one that works correctly).

I tried to reinstall Autocad 2019 with the update 2019.0.1 but it keeps freezing at start.

Any suggestion?  Thanks in advance.

Did you perform a clean uninstall or did you just delete files?

What's freezing at startup?  The install of AutoCAD 2019 or when you apply the fix?

I made a clean install but the problem remained the same.

The problems were two: incorrect product key show in Autodesk desktop App and a the freeze at startup (as attached).  Yesterday I asked a support by Autodesk and a guy via Teamviewer deleted some registry keys to resolve the first problem.

He told me that the freezing at startup (really I cannot find a different term to describe the problem) is a known issue and they will answer me when it will be correct. By now I can't use Autocad 2019.
