Design competition mentor licence doesn't work

So, after finally managing to complete eligibility after the site being broken for ages, I've gone to download Autocad to help a student and the licence just... doesn't activate.

The installer downloads but there's no email confirmation and nothing in the products and services page.

A colleague also has exactly the same issue, clearly there is serious problems with the education site, Autodesk claim to be supportive of students which is all well and good but having a broken system is not very helpful, or supportive, surely it's a bit embarrassing?

Education support were of course, useless with no timescale or even an indication of what they are going to do about it.

I've already replied on the other thread but:

There isn't any error that appears, but after clicking Get Product and then Install it just doesn't add the licence to my account, even after installing the software.

No licence appears in https://manage.autodesk.com/products and I get no email confirmation that it has activated my licence.

I've tried this on Autocad, Inventor and Revit - this isn't an account/browser issue because as I mentioned my colleague has exactly the same issue and he has account that was verified a while ago. He already had Autocad which DOES appear in https://manage.autodesk.com/products  but it doesn't add Revit or Inventor when he tries those.

I think you have something on the backend that has broken whilst you were trying to fix all the other issues that have been posted here over the last 2 weeks.

it is something on the back end .. as @Anonymous mentioned ..

However, there are ways to get the software and use it ( if it hasn't already been) via trial for 30 days.

For example:

Ok thanks... but what about after the 30 days? It's been 15 days since the first issue I mentioned, what if its still not resolved by the 30?

Thanks
