Hello, i have brought the license for quite back and currently im trying to use another pc with the same serial number/license key and its showing me this error of contacting your administrator to request permission to use this product. 

 

Any help is extremely well appreciated,

It looks like you’re receiving an error: "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". This error occurs due to not have permissions assigned. The following articles should help you resolve the problem:

Not sure what you mean, "i have brought the license for quite back" and what Autodesk product is this?

 

Update:  Also do you have the product installed on another machine?  If yes, is the same account being used still signed in on that machine?

I have brought the license for quite a while back, and the product was 3ds Max 2016. How do i make sure its being sign in with the account?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Welcome to the Community.

 

Upon further investigation, your subscription purchased back in 2016 actually already expired, thus you are seeing this error. There is a system issue that may be the reason why you can still see the information in your account, however I've already updated our system and re-sync the details to have the accurate information reflected in your account. You would need to purchase a new subscription to continue using the software.
