Civil 3D installation

Dear Sir,

While I am trying to install Autodesk Autocad civil 3D 2013 on my laptop. It gives an error(Please refer image). 0 bytes space

How can i solve this problem.

Picture has been attached.

Welcome to the community...

 

First of all Civil 3d 2013 is not supported under Windows 10 and most likely you will have issues even if you get it installed.  Smiley Wink

 

But the message indicates you are already have it installed.  Is that the case?

1) i have tried installing civill 3D 2013 in another Laptop having windows
10
2) i have deleted all doc of civil 3D from my laptop.(pic attached).
3) send me downloading link of Autocad Civil 3D supported in windows 10.
kindly explain all three question separately.

This issue is caused by the method you're using to download/install the application.

 

Solution:

Download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

 

  • Once there, use Download Links and navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.

Question #1:  And?  Have you followed @Darin.Green information.

Question #2:  No picture attached.  Not sure what documents you're even referring to.  Have you tried Microsoft Fixit or the clean uninstall per these instructions.  Just make sure to adjust settings if you have other Autodesk products already installed/working on your machine.

Question #3:  Are your referring to system requirements of Civil3d 2013:
