Check your Autodesk Licensing Service version

Checking for updates and there's one for the licensing service. Reading the Release Notes:

Autodesk Licensing Service updates are cumulative and contain all changes from previously released updates. Autodesk strongly recommends installing the latest available version of the Autodesk Licensing Service for better reliability and performance. Check your Autodesk Licensing Service version

So I click Check your Autodesk Licensing Service version, which should bring me to https://wiki.autodesk.com. And it briefly does. And then redirects to https://login.microsoftonline.com Huh? The familiar Microsoft logon window has the Autodesk logo, but it won't accept the credentials I use to manage my Autodesk account. Nor Microsoft credentials for that matter. What's going on? Has Autodesk been acquired by Microsoft?

This says nothing about actually checking my autodesk licensing service version.

to which the response is... that is internal, it should take you to this page which is general (current) information, but says nothing about determining installed version.
A current search for "Check your Autodesk Licensing Service version" give me nothing.
Certainly for my users who have upgraded to Autodesk Access, will tell them if it is needed, however I did this install recently and am confused by my current results.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\AdskLicensingService\AdskLicensingService.exe"
lists a date modified of 6\14\2023, but the product version of 11.11.0.4128

I assume this is the product version to windows and Autodesk has their own versioning
Is there a way to reconcile Autodesk Published version 13.1.1.12 and windows product version 11.11.0.4128
Thanks!

Looking for this myself and I believe you were on the right track.  If you navigate to:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\"

All of the versions that you've installed have a folder here.  The last one in the list has the same date modified as the "Current" shortcut, so I feel pretty safe in saying which ever is the highest version folder with the most recent date modified, is your current version...i.e. I have a 14.4.0.11537 folder that was modified 10/21/2024.  I can also guess that I installed the August update b/c the next newest version wasn't released until November 2024.
I also have a file named 'version.ini' and it lists only the 14.4 version, so I'd guess that is another place listing the currently installed version.

The Release Notes page shows a history of releases listing their month and year of release to assist in timelining which version was installed based on your "Current" folder's date modified info:

Hope this helps!
