I had been subscribed to revit lt suite, but haven't used any of the products other than autocad lt so cancelled my subscription, then once it ran out, then subscribed to autocad lt on its own. Now it won't let me sign in. Any ideas? I've downloaded the latest version, restarted pc, but nothing works and I have drawings to do for the morning lol

Hi,

when I load autocad lt, it comes up with a screen for serial key pre loaded, but the button to activate isn’t clickable. I tried signing in as a different user, but still won’t allow it.
