Cannot replace 2020 Revit with the newer 2021 Revit software

I am a student. I have attempted multiple times to install Revit 2021 software to replace my current 2020 software to no avail. Screenshot of failure is attached. Already attempted the clean uninstall unsuccessfully. I need to have this resolved today.

I have attempted to do that on Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox--all with no success. The same message pops up every time, but that doesn't seem to be the actual issue. I'm not sure what is.
