Make sure you have all of the Windows updates installed and meet the requirements
From there go to AVA ( Autodesk Virtual Agent) and download it
Get the browser download
If the doesn't work, try reinstalling the C++ / .NET
Can we look at my other suggestions then ..
let's not use the Desktop app, but rather AVA and the browser method
ava link doesnt work
used browser download: it doesnt. work
cannot install: i've triewd to install several times.
Can you try this English Installer?
We can get the language pack for it if needed. I want to see if it could be the installer is an issue for you
Ok, I try ASAP. AS per info: this is the current Autocad Installed Files list: I've already removed Revit LT2023 (please NOTE i'VE PURCHASED Revit LT Suite where Autocad LT is included.) in ordwer to have a clean installation.
it doesnt work even in English.
Going to go with it being something PC related. AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT have been out for over a month and I'm not seeing this get report else where. Not hearing of a language specific issue currently either.
replaced .NT framework and Visual C++XX. Downloaded by browser.
now the new message is as follows
for the click here how to resolve... what is it telling you for the issue?
Have you seen the following AKN article about this:
Yes, already seen. Updated PC Operating System, (Win 11 Pro last release) the installation fails again with the same message.
Natasha any way to get this rerouted up. I'm seeing quite a few of these tickets over the last few days.
