Cannot FInd Mudbox Download and Serial Number

Hi,

I purchased a monthly subscription to Autodesk Mudbox via amazon.

I was told to link my account here and to download the software from the subscription management page.

However, the management page only shows free software- mudbox doesn't show up. I read that the only way to get the serial number is through this download link.

I was able to download Mudbox using the virtual assistant, but I cannot get the serial number.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

thanks, I was able to download the software, I just can't find the serial number at this point.

Virtual agent is only used for downloading the full installation media. Serial #s come from your Autodesk Account? Do you have one? Not sure why you were informed to sync your account here? This is a user forum and we have no access to serial #s or even issue them to you.

Thank you for your response. I think the issue was that the software just takes a while before it appears on one's account. Or else maybe Autodesk saw this post and corrected the issue manually. Either way, the issue is solved now.
