Can't install any autodesk product, error 1603

Our company bought a new laptop and I tried to install all the Autodesk Products I use (Inventor, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage etc..) But I can't install any product.

The error code I get is 1603 and we've already tried everything to solve it;

* SFC Scan now (Windows corruption scan, no result);

* Visual C++ update;

* Deleted everything from the Program Files Folder;

* Reïnstalling Autodesk Licenses;

* Reïnstalling Autodesk Access;

* The laptop has the latest Windows Updates (Version Windows 11 Pro 25h2);

* Restarted the PC when it asked to restart;

The install progress bar goes to 29% and then it runs back to 0%. It also fails on installing DWG trueview, but if we uncheck the box of installing DWG trueview we get the error 1603.

We've also tried to install DWG Trueview beforehand, to see if this resolves the issue, but intalling gives the same error. The problem is with every Autodesk program, not only Inventor.

Is there anyone who has experienced the same problem and can come up with a solution for this?

We already tried everything from the link below, but still the same problem.

Thanks for your reply, I get multiple logs but I'll share some of them.

Are these something you can use for a review?

Our IT guy says I have full admin rights.

Run the Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support to see if there's a version of RealDWG and TrueView installed and remove them. Then try the installation again?
