Can´t access Classic User Management

Hi I have 10 Fusion 360 licenses that I can manage in a Team at manage.autodesk.com. I just got  10 extra license but they where not sign on they same Team but some kind of  N/A (User in Classic user management). 

I can´t find access to this Classic user management and I can´t assign the this 10 new seats to my users.
Can some one help me?

Hello @vilhjalmurm

 

Please take a look at "Compare user management and classic user management" article, the by product/by user list and the classic user management list have different administrative roles. Make sure you have the proper role assigned to you to be able to manage these user licenses. 

 

>Change contract manager<

 

"In classic user management, there is only one contract manager and one software coordinator. The purchaser of the subscription is initially designated as the contract manager, but the role can be reassigned later. The contract manager assigns a software coordinator to help manage users."
