Can Not Create "EDU COMM" Account

Good afternoon! I am trying to create my educational account on Autodesk's website in order to receive the free three-year license for Autodesk Maya. Whenever I try to create the account, I am presented with the attached error message. All the information I've entered is accurate. I'd like to know what I can do to fix this issue so I can get the three-year license. Thank you, and have a blessed day!

It looks like you are unable to create an education community account. This typically occurs when there is an issue with the existing account association with your student email address. Please try using your personal email address to create a new account instead.

I was able to access your Autodesk account.  Perhaps you are trying to create one when there is one that already exists.

Well I do have an Autodesk account but when I go to the student download page for Maya, it asks me to create an "EDU COMM" account. It asks me to do this even while I am signed into my Autodesk account.
When I try to create this account, it tells me it can not access or create it.
I have tried to sign out and then create a new "EDU COMM" account while not signed in and it gives me the same error.

I am on my phone at the moment so I will attach a screenshot soon.
