Previously in BIM 360 you could use the Account Admin Analytics dashboard to review the members and the services being used.
A few people have mentioned about network licenses, but ACC does not work with network licenses. So, you cannot report using LMTOOLS. I would suggest whoever is your Autodesk accounts manager who looks after your licenses to log into their Autodesk account and check under the user management and see which products have assigned seats.
You can use the Insights inside ACC to export out the Data Connector information to capture all the administration information such as users, projects, and much more. But I am unaware if you can report on those who bring their own subscriptions.
I have not done this myself as I don't look after out licenses but from the insights within the Autodesk account portal, you can report out information such as products and users. You can then export the information out and report using things like PowerBi to present it nicely.
