About 4 months ago out IT Dept. change it's policy so no one outside of IT is allowed to have Admin rights. So I can't even run the .EXE files to create a deployment. IT has never installed the AEC Collection, Civil 3D or any of the verticals. They may have installed a single seat of AutoCAD for another department.
I'm wondering if there is a good source of step by step instructions for this. Or should I just provide them with links to the various Knowledge Network articles that cover installation?
