Autodesk sign in on Civil 3d

Hello. So I have recently installed Civil 3D 2022 but when I try to sign in to my Autodesk account I cant click on the sign in. I click on sign in option on the top right corner but nothing happens.  I need help, has anyone encountered this issue before?

Do You have another installation about Civil 3D, at another device?

No. I just installed it on my work pc and its happening. Should i reinstall it?

Before uninstalling, what I would do is try other browsers and also with the direct Autodesk application that is provided when you install any Autodesk software.

If you do the uninstallation, try this and it will surely clean up errors
