Autodesk Inventor 2016 failed download

I am running an HP Envy 15t with an i7, 250 ssd and 1tb hard drive, etc more than enough to run this program. I am running Windows 10 which may be part of the problem but many many others have succesfully donwloaded Inventor on it before. I am trying to get Inventor Proffesional 2016 from the free stuent download, i am not an expert on computers but i know how to download a program, so bear with me if i dont undertsand something. My problem is a 1603 error, low image library. I have spent hours upon hours researching and trying solutions for this, 10+ attempts to donwnload, but i have come up with nothing but frustration and of course no direct help from AutoDesk. Anyways, any and all suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Your download is failing due to the method you're using.

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent (link is in my signature) and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

Also when sharing installation logs or other info, please make sure it does not contain serial #s.  In your case your installation log file does.  I will have the moderator remove it to protect your info.

What do you mean "Yeah i know how to download it, thanks for the help. So any real solutions?"  I gave you the steps and solutions to correct your installation issue..  The method you're using to download and install your application is cause the issue.  What don't you understand or can't follow? 

In addition I told you don't post personal information such as your serial # (in your installation log file) and you do it again.  Are you paying attention or am I wasting my time trying to help you.

Mr. Lancaster, i apologize. I honestly thought you were a bot who always referred someone with an install problem to this virtual agent which i assumed was just a tutorial showing how to install it. Thank you for the help, it worked correctly this time.
