Autodesk Genuine service problem on installing Autocad

Hello everybody,

I got problems with Autocad LT 2025 installation. 

From the start. 

I start using Autocad LT 2023 in September 2022 on Windows 10, and everything worked fine.

From that date till last friday I updated Autocad LT  from 2023 version to 2025 version, also my Windows updated to 11. 

Besides that my Autocad admin forgot to buy new license and I have to go on Trial version in my acc. 

Yesterday the admin bought license Autocad LT 2025, but my Autocad left on trial. So I thought that I need to uninstall it, and re-install new one.

From this moment I got big challange with installing. Everytime I try to install Autocad LT 2025 I got problems with  Autocad Genuine service (I attached screenshot). Besides that I can't uninstall the old AGS

You should have 2 downloads for AutoCAD LT 2025.

You need them both.

From the link Pendean shared or from your Account Portal as a Direct Download (you can get the updates part of that direct download too) 

I'd make sure all of your Windows updates are installed and maybe run the Microsoft Fix it once to be safe.
