Autodesk Application Manger/ Desktop App

I have a user that cannot get the new Desktop App from the old App Manager.  I've tried every proxy setting, but it should not need to be changed.  I checked to log in the C:\Users\jroper\AppData\Local\Autodesk\.AdskAppManager\Log folder.  I'm getting a download error.  Does this entry mean the server is down?  Is there a way to test the connection to tell if it is offline at the moment?

@Jroper

I know you're looking for a solution..

But if it was me, I would stop depending on this interface and do it the old fashion way by going to the Autodesk web site and manually download the updates when needed.  But that's me...  Smiley Very Happy

I was able to solve the issue by simply installing the Desktop App from a separate downloaded source.  After the new app was installed, it was able to see the updates.  The old application simply stated that all products were up to date.  Thanks for advice bots and humans.
