Autodesk Account Activation For Multiple Users

I have a few questions regarding licensing. We are a designing company comprised of multiple teams. Each team has a leader and members. Only the leaders have email and internet access. It's our first time to activate subscription license and we were given single-user subscription with 5 authorized users by our distributor. 

The questions are:

1. Can we log-in one autodesk account for more than one computer, each used by different people?

2. There is a statement in the terms & condition stating "2.4.4  A Named User may access Autodesk Account and/or Install and/or Access Benefits on multiple Computers, provided that a Named User may not be Logged On to Autodesk Account or Accessing Benefits on more than three (3) Computers simultaneously;". Won't it be violation if we do the scenario I mentioned in question #1? 

3. If a user associated his/her autodesk account with an email not provided by the company and we assign permission on that user, can he/she download and activate autodesk product outside the company or any computer?

4. If we use Network License, should each users need an autodesk account?

To answer your questions:

- Yes, as long as the person is a Named User with the access to the product, he/she can log in Autodesk Account from more than one computer (up to 3 devices).

2. - That's right. For each single license, you can access from up to 3 computers BUT you can only run the software from ONE machine at any given time.

3. If a user associated his/her autodesk account with an email not provided by the company and we assign permission on that user, can he/she download and activate autodesk product outside the company or any computer?

- Yes he/she can, as long as the user is assigned with the permission.

4. If we use Network License, should each users need an autodesk account?

- With Network License, only the Adam / Contract Manager needs an Autodesk Account to set up the license, and the users don't need their own account.

so, your answer to question #2 signify that my question #1 is not allowed.

and the best way to manage our licenses is through network license.

I'll talk to our seller regarding this and ask if we can still make changes.

Well, the users can log in the account up to 3 different computers but not simultaneously. If they're required to log in at the same time, then you will need to purchase more seats. You can purchase additional seats under your current account. If you require the 5 users to access the software from multiple computers simultaneously, you will need to have 5 seats in total. Check Autodesk License Types for the differences between Single-user license and Multi-user license.

Sorry, I'm confused again. In our license certificate, the license type is "Standalone" so it means it's single-user. Am I right? It also states Maximum Concurrent Authorized Users which is "5" as I mentioned in my first post. Does it mean, those 5 seats can be logged-in and used simultaneously by 5 DIFFERENT users using only ONE autodesk account (e.g. Contract Manager or authorized autodesk account)? That is the part I'd like to be enlightened.

For every single user subscription (no matter the quantity) you have, an Autodesk user account must be assigned to it.  If you have a qty of 5, than you must create 5 user's accounts under your subscription and assign one of the license to each one.

Update:  Going back to your original response..  If the end users don't have an email address and/or internet, single user subscription is not going to work.   In addition what @lynn_zhang stated about the named account...  A named account can only be used up to 3x performing duties on machines.  For example, if a user is assigned into authorizing the use of the product, that counts as one.  If they are signed into their Autodesk Desktop App, that counts as one as well.  If the user goes to another machine and tries to authorize the use of the product on another machine, that's not permitted since you can only use the name account once to authorize the use of the product on a given machine at a given time.  In addition if already obtain a single user subscription and its past 30 days and you want to switch to a multi-user most likely you'll have to state a new subscription without being able to upgrade.

But the definition of the word "concurrent" is "existing, happening, or done at the same time". So 1 serial number, 5 users and machines (simultaneously). Then the Named Account enters. 

Our seller did not suggest this before so we're surprised.
