AutoCAD Lt 2025 Download Error

Steps to reproduce
I have been trying to download AutoCAD Lt onto my Mac and it keeps giving me an error 103 message that it cannot be installed. I previously had AutoCAD on my laptop but not Lt. Whenever I tried the solution on here that was supposed to help when this message occurs it didn't work. How do I fix this?

Yes, after going in circles trying to find someone to help me. I
found someone who was able to gain access to my computer screen to fix the
issue for me. Her name was Shubhangi. She fixed the problem on the laptop,
but was unable to fix my desktop issue.
