AutoCAD LT 2018 contact administrator to use this product

I just recently bought 2 licenses for AutoCAD LT 2018 and when activating the license via the serial number it said it accepted the license however when I open the program it now says that I need administrator permission to use this product. I assume I have to log in with the administrator account on a specific webpage to authorize the 2 autodesk profiles I want to install this product for. Only problem is I cannot find where to authorize users to actually use the product. Thank you for any help in advance!

The solution was that I had the license keys but did not have a contract started for our subscription. Contacted customer support and they opened a case where a contract was created. Once that was done I could then see the 'users' tab when managing my products which allowed me to assign the licenses to specific autodesk profiles.
