AutoCad License Certificate

For several years we had a networked license for 10 concurrent users and recently we downsized to just 5 users.

The license certificate states that change terminates the certificate;

In the event that Customer changes the number of licenses of the Software under the Serial Number set forth
above, this Autodesk License Certificate shall automatically terminate. Customer may request a revised Autodesk
License Certificate reflecting such change.

My question is does that also terminate the serial number and product key that are listed on the certificate we were using or do those remain the same?   Also are we required to obtain a new certificate?

You will have to contact to the original source of purchase Autodesk's Registration & Activation or your Reseller to make this request, they will make the necessary changes for you.
