AutoCAD Electrical Not Showing on my PC After Successful Installation Multiple Times

Hi, all. I have this weird problem where I download/install AutoCAD Electrical using my Autodesk account. The installation is successful, but I cannot find AutoCAD Electrical folder / icon anywhere to initiate the AutoCAD Electrical. However, I can clearly see in my "Programs and Features" in control panel that it has been installed on my PC.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program multiple times but still nothing. I have also tried downloading / installing using the custom install/download option and all other options available in my Autodesk account. When I run the installer again, I get this message "AutoCAD Electrical is already installed on this computer".

Please help me with this issue. I have wasted over 2 days now to resolve this issue. @autodesk @化工建設管理者

What is your WindowsOS version please? I assume your PC has been restarted already.

What if you started your PC is safe mode?

What if you try a new WindowsOS log-in with full admin rights?

Which year version of ACADE did you install?

Did you try another year version yet? Your account page should show at least 4

I would likely also try a clean uninstall of the previous install.  https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clean-uninstall.ht...
