Have Autodesk always been incompetent and i didn't notice or have they recently gone downhill rapidly?

There are more functions, much more complicated license and OS problems,so things got harder for every User AND  supporters over the decades.

I logged a call on the 13th January because Autocad had licence problems and i couldn't use it. Today, almost 3 months later, nothing has been done to resolve the problem and my licence expires today. That's almost a quarter of the subscription period with the same problem and no resolution. As a very long term user of Autocad, almost 40 years, I cant believe that the service has deteriorated to this level of inaction.

What's the issue / error you're getting?
