AutoCAD 2022 will not self-extract

 have followed all the "tips" found in older/other posts but AutoCAD_2022_English_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe WILL NOT extract.  Here is what we have tried with ALL THREE downloads:

ALL have been as an administrator

- Tried all from two separate computers

- renaming the file

- Extract to 😧 from C:

- Extract to 😧 from 😧

- Extract to C: from 😧

- Extract to C: from C:

- Extract to virtual drive from C:.D:

- Extract from virtual drive to C:, 😧

- Tried from Admin cmd prompt <PATH>\Sfx.exe -suppresslaunch -d "<path>"

Any other suggestions?  Wasted way too much time on this already

Have you tried "click right button, and run as admin"?

No need to right-mouse click and run as admin if I am using an admin cmd prompt; but yes
