AutoCAD 2021 install problem

I can't install AutoCAD 2021 after successfully installing Inventor 2021. I keep getting the 1603 error, and when I check it, I'm supposed to update the licensing file. (ADSK-Licensing installer). I've done that several times, but there is no acknowledgment that the program finished running. What am I doing wrong?

Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue is at this point.  So attach your installation file here so we can review it.

Posting info: Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you.  Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN".  Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file.  If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.

Zip it or change the extension name to TXT, then you can post it.

That doesn't work. It's as if the attachment window isn't active.

It won't let me drag and drop a file. I get a circle with a line through it when I try.
