Autocad 2019 stuck at loading screen when opening

Hi

Recently I've installed Autocad 2019 in windows 8.1 , but I could't activate it just because stuck at loading screen! Every time when I want to open it, this problem happens. I reinstalled it and updated my windows before that but this problem didn't solve! What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you have the updates for 8.1

Turn off your UAC ( User Access Control ) / Firewall / Anti-Virus.

Are you on more than one screen?
