Autocad 2018 - Licensing not possible

Dear sirs or madams,

we are currently facing a problem with the licensing of Autocad 2018. The software can be installed on our managed devices in our company. But when we are trying to launch the product the usual license authentications for Autodesk Products fails. We installed any other product up until Autocad 2017 and never run into any problems regarding the authentication.

Our infrastructure is setup so that every user has to authenticate themself at our company proxy to get an internet connection. Which is required for the authentication of the Autocad licenses. We already made all the required proxy server exceptions mentioned in our knowledge base but still can't get it to work. One thing mentioned in the knowledge base article we can't and won't do is that we make the users to local administrators on their computers, because that would interfere with our company policy.

This may not have anything to do with the proxy set up. You can apply this License server hotfix to the proper system. If you continue to have an issue please include a screenshot of the error you receive.
