AutoCAD 2015 Issue - Problem loading acadres.dll resource file

Hello guys, I just recently downloaded the student version of AutoCAD 2016 64 bit version since we are using it in class. My OS is Windows 10 Home. I have installed and reinstalled this program a dozen times using multiple drives such as HDD and SDD and a mixture of both. When I try to run the program, the issues is a pop up that reads: Problem loading acadres.dll resource file => FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 7f27d07ah I downloaded the 2016 sp1, Microsoft fix it tool doesn't work, and I don't need it and I truly can't find an answer on the web.

I would recommend several things. First, try updating your video driver to the latest version available from your video card chipset manufacturer:  NVIDIA Drivers or AMD Catalyst™ Drivers

Secondly, before reinstalling, you might need to go to the registry and delete the following keys:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\{search and delete keys that start 7D2F387.......}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

\{search and delete keys that start 7D2F387.......}
