Hello mmcjoinery1405 and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.

For Windows users, before downloading products on Windows 10, please check that the product is compatible.

Just realized you have posted twice about AutoCAD 2014..  But this posting is about AutoCAD 2014 and the other one is about Acad LT 2014.  So which product are you looking at?   Also in the future..  Make one posting with clear information.  Smiley Wink

Unfortunately you can't purchase the 2014 version anymore.  You have to subscribe (rent) to AutoCAD 2017 and then you will get the rights to use the 2014 version.

In addition.. "the destop to open it all I get is no internet and try again and when I check my internet its ok."..  Not sure what you even mean by this statement.  Can you clarify.

Solution: You may need to install the Autodesk Poodle Hotfix which is for 2014 & 2015 products as other users were having the same issue. This hotfix may resolve the issue, but as @Mark.Lancaster stated in his post, you'll need to subscribe and request previous version 2014 in order to use it.

Although XP was a great platform, the web calls are becoming obsolete as many are no longer supporting it. That said, things will eventually stop working, in which case, you'll need to upgrade.

Recommendation: Upgrade your machine to Windows 7 and purchase VMWare. Create a virtual machine of your XP OS to use the legacy products, but Windows 7 for everything else.
