Auto Cad Launching Error.

I bought a new pc some day ago, a "HP Pavillion 15-cx-0996nl".

I tried to install every version of autocad, but it always crash down. What could be the problem??

What is the OS on the PC? What versions of AutoCAD are you trying to install?

It has Windows 10 and I tried to install every version from 2017 to 2019.

Full uninstall and clean Autocad

Do not use on-line installation.

Pre-download the full distribution of AutoCAD.

Make screenshots of errors and place them here.

Did any releases install correctly?  How are you trying to install?  You should download everything first and not try to do an on-line installation.

What is the launching error you're seeing? 

The screenshot you shared is after ... is that the only message you're seeing?

Also, what do you have for a video card and driver?
