Auto-Cad 2017 student version Download failure

I tried four times to download AutoCad 2017 and always same problem. 

System says at one or more files missing. And  when I try to install it   ."(Error 1326 and Error getting file security.
C:\Users\Lasse\AppData\Roaming\GetLastError:5. Error getting file security.)"

I close my Norton before to download and delete all old Autodesk files.

Where is the problem and How I can fix it.

I need good answer now.

I have Win 7 Pro

x64

Intel i7, CPU 2.20GHz,  4 cores, 8 logical cores.

Ram 16,0 Gt

Why I can´t send a message with reply?

My NET Frame work is 4.6.1 : both in English and Finnish.

I found two Autodesk files : Autodesk Plot style manager and Autodesk Plotter manager,

but I can´t delete those files. Error message is: DLL not found:hcreg13Res.dell

You provided some helpful information there seems to be a lot of issues based on the xml you provided. I would try to run through these steps below: 

• Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the program use MSfixitTool to complete the uninstall
• Update Windows 7 with SP1  (select the appropriate 32 - or 64-bit system) 
• Reboot Computer 
• Log in as an Administrator 
• Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter 
• Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
• Temporarily disable UAC:  Windows 7 , Windows 10 
• Download all of the parts Autodesk Virtual Agent
• Locate the download folder and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe. If you have a permission issue right click and select, Run as administrator 
• Files will be directed to C:\Autodesk
• Follow the prompts to install the program, if you run into a problem an install log will  be provided (please attach)

Microsoft Program Fix it can´t delete old Autodesk files.
And in Autodesk Shared files I can´t delete (AcShellex) and (AcSign Core
16) files.

I already do everytihng what I know. I delete a lot of files in regedit
folder
and I do everything what you indicate. Nothing helps!

I don´t want to delete service pack programs.

When you start to make uninstall program what *can delete all* files and
folders.
This is **** situation. Two weeks working to install one program. Something
must be very wrong.
Now its you work to but Autocad working like any other program.
I have hundreds in my machine without any problem before this.

hi, something similar happens to me, I tried to install autoCAD but some "error" dont let me finish the installation, I tried what you said so, when the program AIDA runs appears this messages

Welcome to the community..

For AIDA message, clean out your personal temp (%temp%) folder.  Its located here C:\users\<username>\appdata\local\temp.  Delete as many files and folders as possible.   Also Appdata is a hidden folder and you may need to adjust your viewing settings.

Also there's no need for the AIDA to troubleshoot your installation issue.  Did you install using the Autodesk Virtual Agent method?  If not please follows these instructions.

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

However if the installation does fail using this method, please post your installation log file here so we can review it.  Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #.  Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.

PREREQUISITE CHECKER  Don´t work. It start but then happens something and its end.

I think at not one of you programs working at it should.

Now. I don´t want continue this ****. because it´s enough to me.

TWO WEEKS WORKING WITH THIS PROBLEM.

Like I say before I never ever see anything like this. 

Was very good at I don´t bay it and I never will.

Now, I must do something else with this case.
