Attempting to get verified and install Autodesk Inventor with student account.

I'm trying to install Autodesk Inventor with my personal account (I can't use my school one since every time it try to log in, it sends a verification code which gets blocked by my school, so I can't see it), and when I try to click continue to get past the 3rd step, entering my educational institution information, it sends me to the top of the page and says "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact SheerID (our identity verification provider) if you need to try again." What does this mean? I've been given that message ever since I tried to install Inventor for the first time, and it's my first time installing an Autodesk product on this laptop. Is there any way I can work around this?

With Autodesk's new One Time Passcode system, that may end up to be an issue.  First thing I'd try is to see if you can get your school IT to unblock those emails from noreply@signin.autodesk.com.

Second thing I'd try would be to reach out to support at https://manage.autodesk.com/support-cases  As a student user, I would hope so and I believe they can help you get in without receiving the email.  But then they will probably try to convince you to set up 2-step verification which would require your password and then using a validation tool on your mobile as well.  Every time you log in.  Not the end of the world, but perhaps more than you'd like to do.

You won't be able to log in via your personal email because education licenses require the use of a school provided email address in your profile.  At least that was how it was back when I had the education license and I believe still is today.

Let me know if any of this helps.  Thanks!
