Animation License and Distribution?

Hello!

I'm an instructor at a tertiary institute, and one of my production teams have completed an animation using the Educational license of Maya. That project has had offers for distribution, and I'm wondering what the team needs to do in order to comply with the licensing agreement. Thank you for any help!

All the information created under a free educational license cannot be shared public with anybody.  However if you subscribe to a commercial license of the product and re-create everything from scratch then you can share and sell the information.
