I'm trying to get the student subscription 1-year term for Maya for my studies. I signed in with my student email and it already automatically filled in my details (as shown in the 2 images below). This is because in my Diploma studies i have gotten the student free 3Ds Max which was successfully received. I click on Submit , redirecting me to the 3rd image below. It says Congratulations, your educational access is confirmed. Thou after clicking Access products , it redirects me to the All products page (as shown in the last image), where there it says no products available. It has already pass by 2 days of me submitting this , refreshing and signing in and out multiple times , but it is still the same outcome.

Occasionally on the all products page , it tells me the verification is pending. This only occasionally shows up whenever I access this All products page, sometimes it just says Welcome Gan, . I have not received any email from autodesk to upload additional documentation or any other emails.
