I recently downloaded the trial version of Advance Concrete 2016 on my computer. The application gets installed smoothly, but every time I try to open it, I receive an error message that I am attaching along. I already have AutoCAD 2016 installed. Please give me a solution for this problem.

The configuration of my system is (It satisfies the minimum required according to the Autodesk website):

i5 4th generation processor

8 GB DDR3 RAM

Windows7 Ultimate OS 64 bit

NVIDIA 840M Graphics Card.

Hi @natasha.l,

I turned off the firewall and antivirus in the system and installed the software again. Still I received the same error as before. It just crossed my mind that I was using the LT version of AutoCAD 16 in support for it. Could it be that the LT version cannot run the software? I tried to find the 30 day trial for the full version for AutoCAD 2016 but only found it for the 2017 version. The Autodesk website said that Advance Concrete 2016 is supported by AutoCAD 2016 only. So either I should find the Advance Concrete 2017 in support with the AutoCAD 2017 trial, or I should find the trial for the full version of AutoCAD 2016.

Hello @Anonymous,

Yes, that could be it. I have included the system requirements here: Advance Concrete 2016 stating the need for AutoCAD 2016 to use this plug-in.

Download AutoCAD 2016 by visiting the Autodesk Virtual Agent temporarily disable your firewall & antivirus.

Please follow up with the progress. Smiley Happy

@natasha.l,

Thanks for your support. The issue was the use of AutoCAD LT instead of the full version. The software is working fine with AutoCAD 2016 full version.
