Adding users

I have purchased 2 subscription seats for AutoCAD LT 2016 and can't activate them or add users. When I try to add users the progress indicator just keeps spinning. I submitted a ticket yesterday and haven't received any response yet.

When did you purchase the software?   Have you tried another browser?  Have you tried using your email address (that links to your Autodesk ID) as the log in name?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. This is a contract sync issue causing the 'contact your administrator error' in which the contract manager is not added to the users automatically. I have resynced your contract, you should be good to go now. Let me know if you need any other questions, as I am happy to help.

Hi Mark,

 

Thanks for the reply. Purchased on Monday, yes and yes. My account was reset and 1 seat working. Tomorrow we will try assigning the 2nd seat. Everything seems to be all set. Thanks
