I had Recap last year, renewed my product to recap pro and downloaded last month and now my recap shows trial addition and not an active program what do I do.

Welcome & sorry for the frustration. 
 
I have some steps you can take, but you must be connected to the internet for this to work. Perform the following:

1. Sign into ReCap using your Autodesk Account credentials

2. Once signed in, manually activate ReCap Pro by clicking on the "start trial or activate" button

3. If it does not work please review this information to uninstall, reinstall & remove the licensing information.: Unable to activate ReCap Pro
