Activation

Dear All,

I have downloaded the educational version Maya 2017 and I have received an email that I got a 3 year license however when I automatically try to activate it, it says that there is an issue with activation. That has happened before with other programs as well. Could you kindly activate it for me, or send me a code so I can manually activate it.
