Activation System Error

Hello,

I am a student and i just got the codes to activate Revit 2016 student version.

 

During the activation, as soon as i select the account i want to use (the only one i have) i get this message:

 

"Thanks for initiating your product activation. The system encountered a problem registering or activating your product. Please submit your registration information to us in a Customer Service request and an Autodesk representative will contact you."

 

If i click on the link to send a Customer Service request gives me a script error.

Tried many times but it doesn't work..

Also tried to contact an operator, but nothing.. what should i do?

Welcome to the community...

 

You can use the Autodesk Register Once web site and follow the prompts.  Just make sure you have the request code that is generated based on your machine handy.  It will ask for it.

Hi. The same messages are appearing to me and the register once isn't working either 😕

Are you a student as well?   And what happens when you go to the Autodesk Register Once web site?  Any messages?

Yes, I am. When I go to Autodesk Register once, I put my operative system
and my serial number and press next, and it only stays on the same page.

Im having this exact problem, as well.

Cant click the link to customer service request either, throws an error.
