Activation of AutoCad 2016 LT license

I had the AutoCad 2016 LT installed in my computer but I needed to reinstall the Windows and then install again the AutoCad. When I looked in my account I saw that my AutoDesk dashboard doesn't show me my license. So i've some questions about it. Is it correct ? Is there an specific time to use the license or is there some error ?

There is a dedicated forum for questions about licensing over here. They should be able to help you, but if your dashboard doesn't show the license it sounds like it has run out. make sure you include any relevant details about the license type you had for the 2016 version if you post to the other forum.
