I have registered my license for LT 2018 and got three sets of activation codes but nowhere to use any one of those codes has appeared!!

Hello @Anonymous,

 

Do you have a perpetual or subscription license? 

 

You should be using an internet connection to activate your subscription license you shouldn't need an activation code, you have a serial number or is it just sign in? 

 

With a subscription on the "Let's Get Started" screen, you can select "Enter Serial Number" or "Sign In".

I entered the serial # but keep getting a message about not being a Stand-Alone or Network version of the software so I can't do that. So then I tried to do it by getting an activation code which I never received. When I set this up for the 2016 version it wasn't anything like this. I just entered all the server information, serial # and product key on a page during installation and that was all there was. I'll try again tomorrow on the same PC because I'm not at that right now and take screen shots if I still can't get it.

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Please let us know what license type you have. take a look at find License Information.

 

Depending on the licensing information & license type you will use one of these methods: 

If the LGS screen is missing the option you need to activate. This may be a network proxy issue limiting you from accessing to web addresses that need access to provide this option during activation or the data file could have been corrupted & so it does not appear.
