Please remove your serial number information from the post. Remember this is a publicly open forum. 

In regards to the issue you're having, you should reach out to your reseller. I think the contract associated with that serial number expired and the last version before expiration was newer then 2012.

Your reseller or Autodesk will be able to clear this up for you.
