Activating a student version of Robot Structural Analysis Professional

Hi. I keep getting a 'error 400' while trying to activate the program. I have tried the 'connect now and activate' and the manual way(missing the email associated with serial number. Other students used the connect now and ativate and it worked. The only differense between them and me is that I downloaded autoCAD several years ago on a different e-mail account which I no longer have access to.
