acad.exe missing

Good morning,

I just installed Autocad Architecture 2017. 

The installation has been completed succesfully but when I open Autocad Architecture it says that it can't find acad.exe file. I try to repair the program but nothing happens. 

Please if you know any solutions, help me.

Are you launching the icon from your desktop, Windows start menu?  If you go to Windows Control Panel, Programs..  Is the application listed in the list of software installed?

Yes I launch the program from the icon on the desktop and the program is
listed in the control panel.

Welcome. 

Please try to uninstall & reinstall the application making sure to follow the steps below to prepare the system. 

1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background 
3. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
4. Make sure you have a strong connection & good internet speed 
5. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
7. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)

Thank you for the reply.
It’s the 5th time I uninstall and reinstall the application. It’s 3 days I
made this work.
At the beginning I deleted all the Autodesk application including all the
files and the key register Hkey-current user, local machine....
Then the %TEMP%... but every time I had different problems like:
- another installation is working
- acad.exe missing
- license not found (I am a student so I have the valid license)
- weak WiFi
All these problems make trouble during or at the end of installation.
I tried to install Autocad Architecture 17-18-19...
I also deleted the cache of Google Chrome.
I always deleted everything like the Autodesk guide says but it’s 4 days I
can’t install the application in the right way.
I hope to find the solution!

You have me curious - are you using a deployment to install the product? Because there is a known issue when choosing the Installation folder to install the suppport files. Every time you would reset AutoCAD to default it would delete all the files in the installation folder, incudeing acad.exe.

No the file is not visible in control panel. What should i do??
