3ds Max Student version download trouble

Hey everyone,

So I'm currently using the student version of 3ds Max 2016, things went crazy buggy so I decided to uninstall the program and reinstall it. Now though on the autodesk website it won't let me reinstall the 2016 version? I pick the version, operating system, and language and click install and it just sends me an email about my license information but no download starts. Nothing is in my download folder either. I tried both "install now" and "download now" and nothing. When I got to my profile and under "management" from there I can choose to download the 2015 version of 3ds max but the 2016 does't appear at all. It does however let me pick the 2016 of Maya. I meet all system requirements, what am I doing wrong? I'm almost positive I completely uninstalled the 2016 I already had on my system.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!
