3DS Max doesn't start.

Hello. Today i wanted update my 3ds max 2017 to 2018. After updating the program stopped working. I download newest drivers, but it doesn't help.

@Anonymous doesn't really help in what way has the program stopped work? max doesn't open you get a crash error more infomation needed

I turn on the program and see the image for a moment, but after 7 seconds this image disappears and nothing happens completely. There is no crash, error or anything else. It just disappears and I can turn it on again. The next attempt is the same.

I am logged in to Autodesk. I tried to log out and turn on the program, but it pops up my login window. After logging in, 3ds max shuts down as before.

i am not sure if that is a max problem or an account problem you can try and change your VGA card drivers in max https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/3DSMa...

If this doesn't work then it maybe an account problem, and i am just a normal person you will have to wait until an autodesk empolyee see this thread and chimes in because they are the only ones who can take a look at your account, if this is a full commercial version then contact the place you brought it from if you brought it from autodesk then i think you need to contact them
