hey guys so here are some steps i have done

1. reinstalled different versions but max2020 more than 3 times clean installing

2. deleted / renamed the ENU folder, Plugins, UI, with no luck

3. Updated Autodesk Licensing to 2020

4. tried installing on my laptop with 100% success

5.Reinstalled Nvdia Grpahics Card Drivers

6. Should i reinstall windows ? but why when all my programs are working and i tried installing autocad and it worked fine so the culprit of this issue should not require me to reinstall right ?

what do i know ?

My system can handle this no biggie -> i9-9900k , 32gb ram , 1080TI

I made sure everytime i reinstalled it was a clean one

i made sure the flex servuces were running in the services tab

please help me as i need to use 3dmax for my college project 😕

Hello @michaelmagdy14

This error usually indicates a file issue either a corrupt file or object.

  1. Have you tried creating a new file in 3ds Max to test whether its the file itself or the application?
    • If you verify that its the file, please continue on to step #2
    • If not please reply with what you have discovered & the latest install log(remove private info)
  2.  Please review this article to isolate the issue by using the merge tool.

Hello @michaelmagdy14

Ok, so you didn't open the application from a file. In that case the application is not performing as expected, you will want to check or make some performance adjustments.

  1. Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
  2. Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
  3. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then (Assign the correct Graphics Card)
  4. Temporarily disable all security features, Antivirus software & Firewall etc.
  5. Temporarily disable UAC on  Windows 7 or Windows 10
  6. Reset the application to defaults
  7. Update your product with the latest product & service updates from your  Autodesk Account
  8. If the above does not resolve the issue continue & try a Clean Uninstall of the product and try a browser download via Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts) or Autodesk Account and install the product again
