3DS Max 2012 download?

Hi there,

My company has a license of 3DS Max 2012 that I want to transfer to a new PC, but I don't have a copy installed on the new computer I wish to transfer to and I'm unable to find a download link on your website. Would it be at all possible to direct me to a link to this version perhaps? I'm not sure the license will work on a newer version as I tried it on 2016 and it said the product key wasn't valid, and I can't find anything older than 3dS max 2014 on your website

(Edit: I used the license transfer utility to deactivate the license on my old workstation)

Thanks, but I'm unable to find the download for a 2012 version at all. Can I still use the same serial/product ID on a 2013 version?

I would suggest that you contact our customer service crew as they may be able to help you obtain this link as 3ds Max 2012 is no longer supported or available for download from our websites. The product key and serial number from one version will not work with another version.

You can contact the customer service team by clicking on this link. Once the page fully loads, you'll be able to contact the team via a support form or via chat if agents are available.
